How does faith integrate into the fitness program?
Our exercises and wellness teachings are based in Christian values, encouraging spiritual growth alongside physical strength. Your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit. You should treat it as such.
What if I have a busy schedule?
As a mom, wife and and and emergency room nurse, I know what it’s like to be so busy serving others that you may end up putting yourself last. Though we are called to serve, we are still commanded to rest and take care of our earthly bodies. We’ve designed flexible routines that fit the demanding lives of moms and nurses, ensuring you can prioritize your health without compromising your responsibilities.
How does this challenge help me stay consistent?
We focus on building sustainable habits and we’re building a community of like-minded women for long-term accountability, which is key to maintaining your health and spiritual wellbeing.
Can I participate if I'm new to fitness or have specific health conditions?
Absolutely. Our program is adaptable to all fitness levels and health considerations. We recommend consulting with your healthcare provider before beginning any new fitness regimen.
